I have been kinda scared of going to the dentist my whole life, but everyone at this location has helped make my experience be great. They’re all patient, and explain everything they’re doing and why. They help ease my nerves so much!

With your first visit, you have a thorough oral examination and x-rays to determine what the status of your teeth and gums are and what issues need to be addressed. They provide you with a treatment plan that includes all of the procedures, etc you need to take care of issues and problems with your teeth and gums. I guess it is very often a huge amount of information almost too much information at once but I found that they are very willing to break that down into a baby steps or groups of steps to help you and point you along the way to what you need to do next and then ask you to follow up at this point again. I like that they are very willing to stop and answer questions and help you understand what and why! ShowMore
