If you're energetic, enthusiastic and committed to your own growth, promotions and pay raises from entry-level receptionist to biller, supervisor, and manager can come fast. Outside our 250 offices, there's plenty of room to become a regional manager.


Business Managers

You run show at the local level. You'll make sure the business side of a general dental office, pediatric office or orthodontic center, functions smoothly and efficiently. It's up to you to maintain a well-run, viable practice that offers high-quality treatment, outstanding service, and a positive work environment.

You'll also train front office and back office staff in office operations and guide to work as a unfied, well-organized teamwork. As a business managers at one of our practices, we expect you to be an expert in customer care who will take responsibility for treatment consultations, patient follow-up calls, and providing our patients with an unparalleled customer experience.

Receptionists

When it comes to our patient experience, our receptionists are the first person most patients see. You're responsible for greeting and signing in patients, scheduling and confirming appointments and providing excellent customer service in person and on the phone. You'll also handle important office procedures that keep our clinical and office staff working efficiently.

Patient Care Coordinators

Brident Treatment Coordinators are responsible for ensuring an unparalleled patient experience. This includes greeting patients and introducing them to the office, performing treatment consultations, and making patient follow-up calls. Our Treatment Coordinators are trained to be experts in providing our patients with excellent customer service.
